How can I register for a tour?
You can find the tour you are interested in and register through our website or by calling our office at 615-771-2665 and we can get you registered over the phone.

 

What if I don’t sing?
No worries! You can still participate on our tours! At least 25% of our travelers are spouses, family and friends.

 

I’m a Music Minister, how can I get my church involved with a tour?
Please contact our office at 615-771-2665 or send us an email at cct@celebrationconcerttours.com. We’d love to partner with you!

 

When is the deposit due?
There is a $300 deposit due per person upon registration for tour. If the coupon is applied and you are paying by check, check must be received before the coupon expiration date, otherwise the coupon will be removed.

 

What is your cancellation policy?
The cancellation policy is specific to each tour which can be found on each tour brochure.   
       
How can I make a payment?
You can log in to your account through our website or give our office a call at 615-771-2665. If paying by check, make checks payable to Celebration Concert Tours International and mail them to our office at 3326 Aspen Grove Dr. Suite 140, Franklin, TN. 37067

 

Can I change my occupancy and add/remove the extension to my tour after I register?
Yes! To make these changes, call our office at 615-771-2665 or contact by email to cct@celebrationconcerttours.com.

 

Do you offer travel insurance?
We do not offer travel insurance directly. We highly recommend travel insurance through Travel Guard. You can visit their website by clicking HERE or contact by phone at 1-800-826-4919. Be sure to mention this ARC number with the spokesperson 325579. This informs Travel Guard you are traveling with CCT.

 

What insurance is included with my tour?
Included in the cost of your tour is a supplemental health insurance policy for the duration of your tour.

 

I am no longer able to participate on a tour. What should I do?
Please contact our Office Manager, Preston Deakins at p.deakins@celebrationconcerttours.com. He will be able to handle your cancellation for you. You will be subject to the cancellation policy on your specific trip brochure.

 

I am not receiving your emails. What should I do?
First, check your junk/spam folder. If they are not found there, please contact our office at 615-771-2665 to ensure we have the correct email address. Our team will troubleshoot the issue and ensure you get the emails.

 

Can I travel with you but make my own hotel arrangements?
These are group trips with a group pricing. Our insurance requires that each participant stay within the group lodging arranged by CCT.
